Anatomy of an Energy Release

You’ve probably heard me talk about energy releases—but what does that actually mean?

During a session, you get to relax while your subconscious mind does the heavy lifting. I act as the facilitator, tuning into your energy field and identifying imbalances ready to be released. I take notes as we go, and depending on whether we’re working with the Body Code or Belief Code, the release process may look or sound slightly different. But the goal is always the same: to let go of what no longer serves you.

So how does that really work?

Remember learning about the Law of Conservation of Energy back in school? (I do—20 years of teaching middle school will do that! 🤗) It says that energy can’t be created or destroyed, only transformed. When I release a trapped energy, its vibrational frequency shifts. That specific imbalance won’t return—it’s been transmuted into something else and is no longer part of your energetic field.

That doesn’t mean new imbalances can’t form. Life happens. Emotions, stress, physical challenges—all of it can create new energetic disruptions. But every trapped emotion or imbalance is entirely unique, meaning even if something feelsfamiliar, it’s not the same vibration we already cleared.

The good news? You don’t need to stress about avoiding every bump in the road. Life isn’t about staying perfectly balanced—it's about returning to balance when things get off track. And that’s where I come in.

Energy work can support your body and mind in gently releasing what’s weighing you down. Want to see what a session feels like? The best way to understand energy work… is to experience it.
